Everything a club runs on

A season, end to end.

Run matchday without chasing messages. Score once, share it immediately, and see what actually happened. Training, announcements, volunteers and membership sit on the same record.

Inside the app

The same match, before, during and after.

Matches, courtside scoring, match reports and season analysis all read from the same match record. Nothing is re-entered between these four screens.

01 · Before first serve

Matchday, without
the message chase.

Invite the players you need. They answer available, maybe or unavailable, with a private note for the coaches if they want one. The numbers update without rebuilding a WhatsApp list. Anyone you did not invite still sees the match, and is not asked.

Set arrival and warm-up times from first serve, fill club duties, then remind only the players who have not replied. A hall change is an edit, not a delete: everyone is told and the timings move with it.

Prepare the starting six and service order before the whistle, then handle live rotation and libero changes from the same match. The operational matchday workflow stays free.

02 · After the whistle

Your result, ready
to share.

Tap once when the match goes final and the result comes back as a finished square image — names, sets, the tally, your colour behind it. Straight to the group chat. Nothing to open, nothing to crop.

Making video instead? The same result exports on a transparent background, with no panel to fight your footage. Drop it over your clip in any editor.

Both are free on every plan. A shared match advertises the club that played it, so we have never charged for one. Adding your player stats to it is the Coach tier.

03 · The digital home

A home ground
on the internet.

Every team and every result sits in one place the club owns. The page goes live the moment you switch it on, with a link for the group chat and the parents who couldn't be there. The club keeps the record, and can export it.

Matches group into seasons, and every season keeps its own record and results, including matches against opponents who never need a volleyOS account. Matches you score are added on their own, and a result from a game played elsewhere can be typed in. Free on every plan.

Club tier makes it look like the club's, not the app's: your own short address (volley-os.com/your-club), your colours and crest, sponsor presentation and featured placement in the volleyOS directory. Published customer clubs are listed, while showcase data stays separate. It also carries six Coach seats at the entry band and roster exports for the scoresheet folder.

04 · Between match days

The club keeps running
between matches.

Training sessions sit alongside matches with the same availability replies, and a register on the night, so a coach knows who came without opening a second app. Announcements go to the whole club or one team and stay readable, instead of scrolling out of a group chat.

Volunteer roles like scorer, referee, lift and kit are asked for and filled against the match itself, so the job and the match never drift apart. Anything with a date can go to a phone's calendar, for members and supporters alike.

Membership is people, not a spreadsheet: invite by link or by name, let players claim their own roster entry, and keep a record of who is actually in the club. All free on every plan.

And nobody has to remember to check. Follow a team and your phone tells you when a match goes live, with a tap straight into the score, then again at the end with the result.

Results still get told as a story: the scoreline lands on the club page as a sentence, not just a number, and anyone can react without the app. Inside, a private Activity feed marks milestones at every 10th, 25th, 50th, 100th and 200th kill, ace, block or point. Player names stay private by default, so a committee can publish results without putting a 14-year-old's name on the internet.

05 · Your own numbers

Understand
your own game.

Every player already sees their own line, free, forever: kills, aces, blocks and points from every match, summed for the season. Players can always see their own match history.

Player Pass adds context to those numbers: the pressure points that decide a set, who stopped the other side's run, whether your points land early or late, and which opponents you perform best against.

Rates appear only when there is enough data to make them meaningful. Until then, you see the count and how much more data is needed.

06 · Tournaments

The bracket
runs itself.
