We answer every email

Something not working, or not obvious? Email contact@rallystat.app and a human replies — usually the same day. If it's a bug, tell us what you tapped and what happened; that's almost always enough to find it.

Scoring

The hall has no signal. Will I lose points?

No. Points are saved on the phone as you tap and sync when a connection comes back. The scoreboard keeps working the whole time — the people watching the link are the only ones who wait, and they catch up automatically.

I gave a point to the wrong team

Tap the point in the timeline and choose Remove this point, then tap the correct team. Every score after it recalculates. Undo also works across the end of a set.

Do I have to tag every rally?

No. Tagging who got the kill is optional and never blocks the next point — tap the team, and tag it afterwards if you want to. Switch to Quick mode to turn the prompts off entirely.

Sharing

How do people watch?

Every match has a link. Share it and anyone can open it in a browser — no app, no account. The score updates point by point as you tap.

Can I schedule a match in advance?

Yes. When you create a match choose Scheduled and pick a day and time. It appears on your club page under "Coming up" so people know when to watch, and you start it when the first serve goes up.

Clubs

How do teammates join?

A club admin shares the six-character invite code from the home screen. Anyone entering it on sign-up joins that club.

Is my club page public?

Only if you turn it on. Club page → Public page. Even then it shows your teams, results and records — never your roster, your members, or matches you haven't shared.

Account

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Home → Account → Delete my account. It removes your login and your club membership permanently. If you are the last member of your club, the club and its rosters go too. See the privacy policy for exactly what is kept.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, type your email and tap Forgot password? — a reset link is emailed to you. If you signed in with Google or Apple, use that button instead; there is no RallyStat password on those accounts.
